Deborah "Debbie" Ann Mcgriff

Deborah "Debbie" Ann Goins McGriff, 54, of Stony Point, passed away Monday, December 14, 2015, at Wake Forest University Medical Center in Winston-Salem. Mrs. McGriff was born in Clio, SC on November 23, 1961, and was the daughter of the late Chesley Goins and Alice Hamilton Vickers. She attended Marlboro County schools and she was married to Tim McGriff, who survives. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Timothy McGriff, Jr. and a brother, Ronnie Goins. She is survived by her husband, Tim McGriff, Sr. of the home along with two daughters, Crystal Gerkin and Melissa McGriff and a grandson, David Caruso and a granddaughter, Kiley Goodin, all of Statesville. She is also survived by three sisters, two brothers, and a special family friend, Andrew Moose and Renee Curimao along with a host of nieces, nephews and many other special friends. A memorial service honoring the life of Debbie McGriff will be conducted 2:00 PM Thursday, December 17, 2015, in the Nicholson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Arron Hollifield officiating.
