David Delanor Mcdaniels

David Delanor McDaniels, 78, of Statesville, passed away, Tuesday, November 15, 2016 at the Gordon Hospice House. Mr. McDaniels was born September 30, 1938 in Iredell County and was the son of the late David Eugene and Mary Lambert McDaniels. He attended Iredell County schools and was married to the late Hazeline Sharpe McDaniels, who passed away in 2007. Mr. McDaniels was retired from J.C. Steele &Sons. He is survived by one son, James David McDaniels of Cleveland, NC; two daughters, Yvonne Billings (Kelly) of Concord, Rebecca McDaniels of Statesville, seven grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Thursday, November 17, 2016 in the Nicholson Funeral Home Chapel.
