Charlie Fred Lambert

Charlie Fred Lambert, 67, of Statesville, passed away Sunday, July 24, 2016 at his residence surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Dickson County, Virginia on June 7, 1949 to the late Ray and Lizzy Merry Lambert. Mr. Lambert was retired from Southern Furniture where he was a machine operator and has been with his wife, Teela Blankenship for over 34 years. Along with his wife, Teela, those left to cherish his memory are one son, Charlie Blankenship; four daughters, Greta Blankenship, Teresa Moore (Craig), Crystal Blankenship, and Becky Gardiner (A.J.); and sixteen grandchildren A Memorial Service will be held 7:00 pm Thursday, July 28, 2016 at the Nicholson Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Frank Blankenship officiating. The family will visit with friends at the funeral home prior to the service from 6:00 until 7:00 pm.
