Charles Scott Miller

Charles Scott Miller, 57, of Statesville, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, July 11, 2018. He was born on July 20, 1960 to the late Charles M. and Doris McCoy Miller.



Scott was a graduate of North Iredell High School and was married to Winona Trivett on July 1, 1988. They shared over 30 years of marriage before his passing. He was owner/operator of Miller Construction Company and leaves many satisfied customers behind. Scott was a good husband and father who was a hard and dedicated worker in all his endeavors. He was a member of Rose Chapel United Methodist Church.



Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Winona; one son, Eric Miller (Hailey Mounce); three sisters, Janet Boseman (Ron), Debbie Jernigan (Mark), and Kelly Davis; two sisters-in-law, Charlotte Holland (Marty) and Connie Hatcher; two brothers-in-law, David and Donnie Trivett; numerous nieces and nephews; and many friends.



Funeral services will be held 3:00 pm Sunday, July 15, 2018 at Rose Chapel United Methodist Church with Rev. Gary Camp and Rev. Ralph Lepley officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will visit with friends at the church prior to the service from 2:00 until 3:00 pm.
