Carolyn Cook Snow

Today, August 20, 2024, we lost a mother, a grandmother, a great-grandmother, a sister, an aunt, and a dear friend.

Carolyn Cook Snow was born May 20, 1948. She was a resident of Statesville where her family lives, but her lifelong dream was to live at the beach. She loved the sun, sand, and the waves crashing on the shore. That’s where her ashes will be spread with love by her family.

Carolyn is survived by her five children, Mark Patterson (Paula), Melissa Alexander (Chad), Ray Bowie (Robin), Wendy Gibson (Andy), and Shannon Bowie, as well as seven grandchildren, and eleven great-grandchildren. She is also survived by a brother, Frank Cook, and a sister, Brenda Larkam, as well as multiple nieces and nephews.

There will be a celebration of life gathering at a later date.
