Brian Michael King

GREENSBORO-Mr. Brian Michael King, age 41 of Greensboro, North Carolina passed away Monday evening, April 26, 2021 on his way to the outer banks unexpectedly. Brian was born in Charlotte, NC on September 23, 1979 to Wanda Gail King & Brian Lynn Ellis. Brian attended Northeast Guilford High School and graduated in 1998, he then attended the University of North Carolina Greensboro, pursuing a degree in horticulture design. Brian was employed by Apple, Inc as a Technical Analyst since May 2014. Brian was so incredibly gentle, selfless, and would always look for ways to help others no matter the sacrifices he had to make. Brian had the brightest smile and most infectious laugh. Brian loved to travel and take trips with his spouse Nick King of 17 years. Brian loved his spouse, his mother, his fur babies, and his close family and friends. Sacrificing anything for them and his fur babies. Brian loved all his five animals and was an advocate in animal rescue for over 10 years. Brian was someone who was anchored in his beliefs and his core values and represented them to those he loved; ensuring they understood those values and beliefs. Brian was consistent, thorough, and always made sure to finish what he started and could do absolutely anything; he was a jack of all trades! Brian is preceded in death by his grandparents Marion & Nathanial "Gil" Ellis, and Mildred "Teet" & Buford B. King. Brian is survived by his husband Nick King; mother Wanda Gail King; aunt Becky Bradshaw and uncle Brad; aunt Julie King and uncle Richard King, and god mother Teresa Ames. A Celebration of Life for Brian M. King will be held on Saturday the 15th, of May 2021 from 12:30-2:00PM at Castel McCulloch Crystal Garden 3925 Kivett Dr. Jamestown, NC 27282.
