Brandon Lee Curlee

August 21, 1987 — September 18, 2022

Brandon Lee Curlee, 35, of Stony Point, NC died Sunday, September 18, 2022, at Wake Forest Baptist Hospital following a motorcycle accident.

He was born in Iredell County on August 21, 1987, to Sheila Reavis and the late Billy Lee Curlee, II. He was also preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Billy Curlee, I and Judy Phillips.

Brandon attended West Iredell High School. He was a handyman by trade and could fix anything, and owned his own business, BC's Home Improvement. Brandon was a 49er's fan, loved fishing, boating, and playing sports. He enjoyed coaching football for his sons who played for the Little Warriors. More than anything, Brandon loved his family, especially his two boys.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his fianc, Danielle Watts, who he had shared the last 14 years with. Also surviving are two sons, Brayden Lee Curlee and Colby Nathan Curlee, two brothers, Matt Curlee (Skye), Josh Curlee (Megan), a sister, Jennifer Lippard (Daniel), maternal grandparents, Clyde and Janice Reavis, and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

A Funeral Service will be held Wednesday, September 28, 2022, at 2:00 pm at the Nicholson Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Oakwood Cemetery. The family will visit with friends from 1:00 to 2:00 prior to the service.
