Bonnie Koch Depew

Bonnie Koch Depew, 77 of Statesville, died Monday, September 18, 2023, at Iredell Memorial Hospital.
She was born in Erie County, New York on December 17, 1945, to the late Franklin James Koch and Geraldine Mary Silverstein Koch. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Richard Depew, a daughter, Michele Depew Griffin, a grandson, James John Depew, and two brothers, Michael Koch, and Franklin Koch.
Bonnie had worked in the jewelry department at JC Penney Warehouse. She had a wonderful, witty sense of humor. Bonnie frequently went on walks. She absolutely loved Elvis, but more than anything, she loved her family.
Those left to cherish her memory include a son, Richard Depew (Bambi) of Texas, grandchildren, Ashley Depew, Staci Corcimiglia, Kelly Hale, Amy Hale, Rebecca Hale, Kara Depew Rivera, Ethan Depew, Hayley Depew, great-grandchildren, Kylie Depew, Elijah Depew, Arabella Rapp, Samuel Pigman, Oliver Rushing, Scarlett Hale, Jayda Hutchens, Violet Morales-Hale, Willow Hutchens, Brandon Rivera, Adalyn Rivera, Lukas Rivera, a brother, Donald Koch (Marlene), and a sister, Kathleen Koch Ling (Jim).
There will be no formal services held.
