Billy Ray White

Mr. Billy Ray White, 66, of Statesville, died May 10, 2016 at his home unexpectedly. Born in Iredell County on February 1, 1950, he was a son of the late Lewis White and Martha Estes White. Mr. White was retired from the textile industry and a member of Fern Hill Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his wife, Ola Mae White and a sister, Ruth Jolly. Survivors include 3 daughters: Jennifer White of the home, Tina Garland (James) of Tennessee and Lori Beach (Arthur) of Virginia, along with a brother, Bob White of Statesville and sisters: Betty Cook, Diane Parker and Brenda Wyatt all of Statesville. Also surviving are 14 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Services celebrating Mr. White's life will be conducted at 2:00 P.M. Saturday, May 14, 2016 at Nicholson Funeral Home Chapel.
