Billy Lee Curlee, Ii.

Billy Lee Curlee, II., 54, of Statesville, died Tuesday at Brian Center of Statesville. Born in Iredell County on November 25, 1962 he was a son of Billy Lee Curlee and Judy Swicegood Phillips. He was a forklift operator in the textile industry and enjoyed watching football, the outdoors, being with his grandchildren and working on old cars. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother Michael Curlee. Survivors include his companion of 32 years, Sheila Reavis, sons: Brandon (Danielle Watts), Matthew and Josh (Megan Miller), a daughter, Jennifer Lippard (David), brothers, Douglas and Darrell Curlee and sisters: Liane Curlee, Diane Benge and Sandy Rorak. Funeral services are scheduled for 2 :00 P.M. Tuesday at Nicholson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Curtis White officiating. Burial will follow at Oakwood Cemetery.
