Billy Eugene Hudson

Mr. Billy Eugene Hudson, 74, of Statesville, died and entered the Church Triumphant on Saturday, October 22, 2016. He was born December 9, 1941 in New York and was the son of the late William and Virginia Hudson. His profession was painting and he helped paint the Golden Gate Bridge! He was married to the late Sharon Hudson and seven years ago he and his wife moved to Statesville and became active members at Forest Park Presbyterian Church. He was a happy go lucky kind of guy who loved NASCAR and the New York Yankees. Billy volunteered a lot of his time painting at Davis Hospital. Graveside funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Thursday, October 27, 2016 at Oakwood Cemetery with Rev. Scott Jeffrey's officiating.
