Bill Feimster

Mr. William R. "Bill" Feimster, 71, of Statesville, passed away Saturday, November 19, 2011, after a long term illness. Mr. Feimster was born September 16, 1940 in Iredell County and was the son of the late Clyde and Sallie Holland Feimster. He attended Iredell County schools and on December 16, 1972, he married Kathy Moose Feimster, who survives. In addition to his parents, Mr. Feimster was also preceded in death by one daughter, Little Kathy along with one brother, Sam Feimster and one sister, Edith Warren. Along with his wife, Kathy M. Feimster of the home, Mr. Feimster is also survived by one daughter, April Church (Terry) of Statesville; three sons, Jeff Feimster (Kari) of Hickory, Scott Feimster (Candy) of Statesville and Steve Feimster of VA. He is also survived by four grandsons, Weston and Zachary Church and Josh and Sabastian Feimster along with one granddaughter, Haley Feimster, all of Statesville. He is further survived by two sisters, Shelby Sharpe (Lonnie) of Troutman and Jan Sigmon (Fred) of Statesville. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 pm Tuesday evening, November 22, 2011 at Nicholson Funeral Home. There will be a private burial for immediate family only on Wednesday.
