Betty Lamberth Souther

Mrs. Betty Lamberth Souther, 85, of Statesville, died Monday, February 4, 2019 at Iredell Memorial Hospital. Born in Iredell County on September 23, 1933, she was a daughter of the late Stanford Lowell Lamberth and Sadie Morrison Lamberth. She was married on February 22, 1953 to Lester Daniel Souther who died on December 12, 2018. She was of the Baptist faith and retired from the textile industry.



Survivors include sons, Jerry Souther (Anita) and Ricky Souther (Vivian), a daughter, Teresa Dishmon (Steve) and four grandchildren and five great grandchildren.



Graveside services are scheduled for 2:00 P.M. Friday at Iredell Memorial Gardens with Rev. Dale Milstead and Rev. Kenneth McCann officiating.
