Betty Kilpatrick

Betty Jean Bustle Kilpatrick, 81, of Statesville, North Carolina passed away suddenly on Tuesday July 19 at her home. Mrs. Kilpatrick was born July 11 1930 to the late Samuel Lollie Bustle and Mabel Lee Cook Bustle. Mrs. Kilpatrick was retired from W.R. Grace of Statesville. She attended Cochran Street Baptist Church for many years until her health began to deteriorate. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband the late Ray Evans Kilpatrick, her ante Mrs. Jessie Cook Cornelius, Bill (Chilly Willy) Cook and Willy Eugene Cook. Leaving behind to cherish her memory is her son Gary Evans Kilpatrick of Jamestown, North Carolina. Mrs. Kilpatrick and her husband Ray Evans Kilpatrick was married in holy matrimony on April 11 1952 at Front Street Baptist Church in a private ceremony. Afterwards their only son Gary Evans Kilpatrick was born by the Grace of the Holy Father into their family on August 31 , 1957. A grave side service will be conducted 10 am Wednesday August 3 2011 at Iredell Memorial Gardens. The family will speak with friends after the service.
