Barbara Carol Mullins

Mrs. Barbara Carol Justice Mullins, 63, of Statesville, died Monday, February 27, 2017 at Iredell Memorial Hospital. Born June 25, 1953 in McDowell County, West Virginia, she was a daughter of the late Lonnie Justice and Oche Helen Roberts Justice. She enjoyed the beach and time with her sisters and grandchildren. She was a retired textile supervisor. Survivors include her husband, Dean Mullins, a daughter, Heather Welborn (Michael), sons: Stewart Brandon Mullins and Scottie Mullins (Tasha). Also surviving are brothers, Roy, Jerry and Elmer Justice and sisters: Ethel Peblo, Betty Bowles, Rene Powers, Ruby Justice and Orpha Lao along with 8 grandchildren. There will be a gathering of friends and family at the home on Saturday, March 4th from 3:00 to 6:00 P.M. Condolences may be sent online to the family to www.nicholsonfunerals.com.
