Arleen Brown

Elizabeth Arleen Brown, 96, of 115 Pine Grove Lane, Troutman died Wednesday, Sept. 5, 2012 at her great nephew Neal Adkin's home. She was born on Oct. 5, 1915 to the late Ora Ostwalt and Marvin Brown. She graduated from Troutman High School and was employed at Davis Hospital for over 15 years as a nursing assistant. She was a lifelong member of First United Methodist Church in Troutman. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by three brothers, Harold, Ernest, and Alwyn Brown and a sister, Sarah Brown Squires. She is survived by a number of nieces and nephews. There will be a private family graveside service at a later date.
