Amanda Gibson

Amanda Sue Gibson (Wilcox), 45, passed away peacefully at her home on Friday, January 31st 2025. 

Amanda was born on December 16th, 1979 in Jackson County, Michigan to Mr. David Wilcox and Carol Wilcox (Mayo). 

Amanda had a great appreciation for music, finding joy in her connection to the songs that she loved. She was an avid Dallas Cowboy’s fan, she’d always say “how about dem cowboys?” Along with being an avid Michigan State fan. She had a deep love and compassion for all animals, carrying a special place in her heart for every furry friend. She loved her family and friends the most. 

Amanda is preceded in death by her father, David Wilcox. 

She leaves behind her mother Carol Wilcox, along with her loving fiancé, Kevin Harmon. Her sons, Chris (Theressa) Gibson, Matthew (Hannah) Gibson, Kenneth (Melinda) Gibson. Her daughters, Casey (Jared) Gibson, Courtney Harmon, and Brittany Harmon. Her brother, Matthew (Ciara) Wilcox. Her grandchildren, Aaron Weddington, Emilia and Lorelei Gibson, Lakyn and Berkleigh Gibson, Josie and Jonah Kuhn.
