Allen Levon Creedmore

Allen Levon Creedmore, 56, of Statesville, passed away Thursday, June 18, 2015 at his residence. He was born in Iredell County on August 25, 1958 to the late Johnny Creedmore Sr. and Carolyn Barbee Creedmore. Mr. and Mrs. Roland Deal were Allen's loving foster parents and he referred to them as his "Mom and Dad." Allen was a graduate of West Iredell High School and on September 30, 1978 married Terri Tilley Creedmore. They had over 36 years of marriage before his passing. He worked at Aptar as a mold technician and was a member of Berea Baptist Church. He loved golfing, photography, and working puzzles. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Steve Creedmore. Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Terri; two daughters, Amanda and Brooke Creedmore, all of Statesville; two sisters, Gail Blevins (Bill) and Debbie McDonald (Ronald); a brother, Johnny Creedmore, Jr. (Donna), all of Fayetteville; his loving mother-in-law, Lorene Tilley of Statesville, and his constant companions, Sofie and Bandit. Funeral services for Mr. Creedmore will be held 4:00 PM Monday, June 22, 2015 at Berea Baptist Church in Hiddenite with Rev. Sheridan Stanton and Rev. Charles Cook officiating. Burial will follow in the Berea Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will visit with friends at the church prior to the service from 2:00 until 4:00 PM.
