Alice Givens Morrow

Alice Morrow, 76, passed away Saturday, January 21, 2023.

Mrs. Morrow was born November 24, 1946 in Statesville to the late Bristol Givens and Lillie White Givens. Alice married Mr. Marvin Brawley Morrow Jr. on April 12, 1974, they were happily married for 48 years. Alice loved the Lord and her family. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend. She took a lot of pride in her home and caring for her family.

Alice is preceded in death by her parents, sister, Shirley Sigmon, brother, Terry Givens.

She is survived by her husband, Marvin Brawley Morrow Jr, of Statesville, NC.; son, Stony Alexander Whitley ( Heather) , of Albuquerque, NM; brother, Ronnie Givens of Franklin ,NC.

A funeral service will be held Thursday, January 26, 2023 at 11am at Nicholson Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow at Iredell Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Cemetery Details
