Aileen Lippard Rimmer

Connie Aileen Lippard Rimmer, 92, of Statesville, died Wednesday, January 13, 2021 at Maple Leaf Health Care.

She was born in Iredell County on April 14, 1928 to the late Pearl Lippard. She was also preceded in death by her husband of 35 years, Ray Boyd Rimmer, a son, Steven Ray Rimmer, and a sister, Mary Bell Mesiemore.

Mrs. Rimmer had worked for Troutman Industries for many years as a seamstress and also as the manager over the cloth department. She was a member of Bethel Baptist Church. She loved cooking, sewing, reading, writing, and flower gardening. She was also a wonderful artist.

Those left to cherish her memory are a daughter, Deborah Crow of Lewisville, NC, a grandson, Andrew Crow and his wife Mickey, of Clemmons, NC, a brother, Haskell Lippard (Doris) and several nieces and nephews.

Due to the Covid crisis, there will be no services held.
