Adam Brady Byers

Adam Brady Byers, 19, died Monday, September 17, 2018 at his home. Born in Iredell County on October 10, 1998, he was the son of Jimmy Mitchell and Melissa Ann Byers, both of whom survive. Adam was a homeschooled high school graduate and a member of Unity Baptist Church. He enjoyed trail bicycle riding, his play station, making bracelets for family and friends and watching Jurassic Park and Star Trek movies. He was also an avid knife collector. He also loved his dog, Ginger.



In addition to his parents, other survivors among his large loving family include his grandmother, Shirley Byers, his step sister, Jasmine Mitchell and his Meme and Papaw, Becky and Bill Marr.



Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 P.M. Friday at Bright Light Baptist Church with Rev. Jayson Fox officiating. The family will greet friends at the church for one hour prior to the service and burial will follow in the church cemetery.
